Declares a local variable.
Syntax
Local Identifier:Type [ = Expression ]
Local Identifier:= Expression
Description
The Local keyword declares a temporary variable of a given type; this variable is valid only within the local scope in which it is declared.
The alternative syntax provided allows the variable's type to be deduced from the expression.
